If there isn’t a way to do it, we’ll make one.
Weekend Getaway: Yellow Creek
Every builder claims to go the distance – and over any obstacle – for clients. We just do it in real life. An example? This cabin construction on the shore of Yellow Creek in Tuscaloosa County was no walk in the park. Instead, it required two miles without roads over rough terrain to simply reach the site.
Then, there was the job itself. A basement safe room. A purification system for water drawn from the creek. A septic system. And a host of architectural details such as an old-fashioned screened-in porch, large stone fireplace, reclaimed wood and tin ceilings, refurbished walls, and beams crafted from reclaimed lumber.
But the most amazing detail of all? A project this complex was finished in under seven months.
